Total Decor will keep us up to date with Interior Design

The lovely girls at Bampton and Newton Abbot based Total Decor (www.totaldecor.co.uk) are going to be providing regular submissions about what's moving and shaking in the world of interior design. They attend lots of UK based and international trade shows and will help us identify a french rattan bed from a rococo.

Thanks girls

First Site Visit for the Exe Valley Blog

Really pleased to hear that those lovely people at The Exe Valley Brewery (www.exevalleybrewery.co.uk) are happy to have a site visit from the Exe Valley Blog so we can report on how they make their wonderful beers and what it's like to be based in the Exe Valley.

Regular Submissions

This week I've been enjoying the Exe Valley and talking to people who live and work in here to see if they are willing to submitting regular entries.

Hopefully, Phil Musters (Architect and Topsham resident) of PDM Design, will be submitting a regular entry about what's moving in the world of building and community design.

James Lee (Farmer, Agricultural Contractor and resident of Thorverton) will be submitting regular entries on what's happening on the farm, what he's been doing and what's on the horizon.

Kate West (photographer, copywriter and Silverton resident) of Nutshell Photography will be submitting regular images of the Exe Valley and providing public interest stories and community information.

We are also hoping to be kept up to date by Geoff Bowen, Topsham resident and owner of Pebblebed Wines. He'll be telling us what he's up to in the vineyard and how his award winning wines are being received. Plus, following his successful pitch on Dragon's Den, he'll be keeping us up to date on his Pebblebed Parter Vineyards project, where people can become owners of part of the vineyard and receive bottles of Pebblebed wines with their own label on them!

There's more to come too! Including a regular feature on this year's Maize Maze at Bickleigh. A very popular attraction in the Exe Valley, we'll get regular updates on how the maize is growing and what this year's theme is going to be.

As they say, watch this space!
